What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils
- Knowledge of and ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and of how a well-constructed school curriculum supports high-quality teaching and learning
- Understanding of the different needs of children in schools and how to meet these
- A clear understanding of and commitment to safeguarding
- Understanding of data protection GDPR and how it affects school data
