What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils
• Knowledge of and ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum and of how a well-constructed school curriculum supports high-quality teaching and learning
• Understanding of the different needs of children in schools and how to meet these
• A clear understanding of and commitment to safeguarding
• Understanding of data protection GDPR and how it affects school data
