What skills and experience we're looking for
For the Class Teacher position at St Dunstan’s Catholic Primary School, candidates should have experience as a class teacher and a strong commitment to raising standards and achieving the best possible outcomes for all pupils. They should have high expectations of children’s behaviour, attitudes, and achievement, alongside a good knowledge of the primary curriculum. The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic or be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos and values of the school. They should be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills. In addition, they will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work cooperatively as part of a dedicated staff team to provide a high-quality learning experience for every child.
