  • Have a strong subject knowledge
  • Have a sound understanding of Assessment Procedures
  • Have the highest expectations of themselves and pupils
  • Think and act creatively to make sure learning is motivated, successful and fun
  • Have an ability to create a stimulating learning environment for their pupils
  • Have a proven ability to raise standards
  • Have an ability to reflect upon, and evaluate their own practice
  • Have an ability to listen to, and act upon advice, as well as work successfully as part of a team
  • Have an ability to teach to the highest standards and have strengths in English and Maths with a desire to contribute to our vibrant and welcoming school
  • Encourage and motivate all children, whatever their background and ability, to reach their full potential
