The Governors of St Mary’s CE School, Aylesbury would like to appoint highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic teachers to join our friendly and supportive team from September 2022. The candidates will be successful teachers who are enthusiastic and inspiring with a commitment to learning. We are seeking teachers who are: • competent in all elements of the relevant Teachers’ Standards; an outstanding practitioner (if you are a newly or recently qualified teacher, we need to know you have this potential) • able to reflect on your practice and have excellent subject knowledge • able to create a stimulating learning environment and culture; • a team player with high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour, committed to maintaining high standards. • able to form good relationships with all stakeholders and members of the school community • committed to upholding the values of a Church of England School and supportive of the School’s Christian ethos.
