Thank you for your interest in the post of Class Teacher with the Dove-Shell Federation.
Are you and inspirational and highly organised teacher?
The Dove-Shell Federation currently comprises two single form entry primary schools; St Thomas’ Moorside CE (VA) Primary School and East Crompton St James’ CE (VA) Primary School. The position is initially based at East Crompton St James CE (VA) Primary School, but staff may have the opportunity or be required to work at either school.
The start date for this position is Monday 1st September 2025. ECTs are welcome to apply and will receive a paid induction in the summer term of 2025 to develop their skills and understanding of the school’s context and teaching approaches in preparation for the start of their ECT period.
The Federation has a proven track record of developing staff into exemplar practitioners, and middle and senior leaders. Integral to this is the facility to offer a range of teaching and leadership experiences across two schools.
