We are looking for candidates that can:

  • Contribute to the provision of a safe and secure learning environment
  • Work effectively within the team to ensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for all children
  • Plan learning matched to the individual needs of children and within the school’s agreed policy and schemes of work
  • Communicate effectively with children of all abilities ensuring learning is engaging and inclusive
  • Produce written records of such planning in accordance with Trust policy
  • Assess and record pupil’s achievements and progress within the statutory requirements and Trust’s assessment policy and report to parents
  • Ensure that the classroom is well presented and celebrates and supports learning
  • Contribute to the ideas within and the implementation of the School Development Plan
  • Effectively direct support staff
  • Work closely within the school team and contribute to the school community
  • Work flexibly and adapt quickly to change
