What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for candidates that can:
- Contribute to the provision of a safe and secure learning environment
- Work effectively within the team to ensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for all children
- Plan learning matched to the individual needs of children and within the school’s agreed policy and schemes of work
- Communicate effectively with children of all abilities ensuring learning is engaging and inclusive
- Produce written records of such planning in accordance with Trust policy
- Assess and record pupil’s achievements and progress within the statutory requirements and Trust’s assessment policy and report to parents
- Ensure that the classroom is well presented and celebrates and supports learning
- Contribute to the ideas within and the implementation of the School Development Plan
- Effectively direct support staff
- Work closely within the school team and contribute to the school community
- Work flexibly and adapt quickly to change
