We are looking for candidates that can:

Contribute to the provision of a safe and secure learning environment
Work effectively within the team to ensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for all children
Plan learning matched to the individual needs of children and within the school’s agreed policy and schemes of work
Communicate effectively with children of all abilities ensuring learning is engaging and inclusive
Produce written records of such planning in accordance with Trust policy
Assess and record pupil’s achievements and progress within the statutory requirements and Trust’s assessment policy and report to parents
Ensure that the classroom is well presented and celebrates and supports learning
Contribute to the ideas within and the implementation of the School Development Plan
Effectively direct support staff
Work closely within the school team and contribute to the school community
Work flexibly and adapt quickly to change
