Class Teacher job summary

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs The Annunciation Catholic Infant School is a happy, friendly school with a strong sense of community. The Governors are seeking to appoint a full-time Class Teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning and is creative and innovative with the ability to inspire children. Our governors are looking for a candidate who: • Is energetic, ambitious and inspirational • Has excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to work in a team and is keen to develop and share their own knowledge and expertise • Is an excellent and committed teacher who has the drive and desire to improve the quality of education and can deliver an exciting curriculum • Has experience and sound curriculum knowledge • Has the ability to inspire, motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed • Can demonstrate high standards and expectations in all aspects of school life • Has experience of supporting children with SEN • Is able to communicate effectively to all members of the school team and collaborate well with others • Is passionate about quality first teaching • Has an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic School and a willingness to promote our values.
