Our vision is to enable children and adults to flourish and succeed, supported by a culture that celebrates growth, opportunity and high aspirations for all. Our core values of Courage, Creativity, Joy, Perseverance and Respect shape daily life across the academy and underpin our commitment to developing confident, happy and successful learners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and effective Class Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and positive classroom environment, making effective use of assessment to inform teaching, and fostering a love of learning that inspires children to achieve their best.

As part of our dedicated team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to support pupils' academic progress and personal development. We are looking for a teacher who demonstrates excellent classroom practice, strong communication skills and a commitment to continual professional growth. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ambitious practitioner looking for your next challenge, you will find a supportive environment where your contribution is valued and where professional development is a priority.

In return, we offer the opportunity to work within a caring and ambitious academy and the wider Rise Multi Academy Trust, where collaboration, wellbeing and excellence are highly valued. You will join a team committed to providing the very best educational experiences for children and to ensuring that every member of the school community has the opportunity to thrive.
