Rooted in strong Christian values, we are committed to providing the highest quality education and pastoral care, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and inspired to achieve their full potential academically, socially and spiritually.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school where staff are valued, supported in their professional development and encouraged to contribute to the ongoing success of our thriving community.

As a HLTA, you will work under the direction of teachers to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of learning across the curriculum. You will lead learning for whole classes, groups and individual pupils, including delivering lessons in the planned absence of a teacher and providing high-quality learning experiences that engage, challenge and inspire children.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development. They will promote positive behaviour, independence, resilience and self-esteem, helping all children to achieve success. You will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, parents and carers to ensure pupils receive the support and encouragement they need to thrive.

We are looking for a practitioner who demonstrates a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be confident in supporting literacy and numeracy across the curriculum, monitoring pupil progress, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs and creating inclusive learning environments where all pupils can succeed.

In return, we can offer enthusiastic and friendly children, a supportive and dedicated staff team, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to be part of a caring and ambitious school that places children's wellbeing and achievement at the heart of everything it does.

If you are passionate about making a positive difference to children's lives and would like to join a friendly, supportive and ambitious school community, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged
