Tickford Park Primary School are looking to appoint a reflective and professional teacher to join our talented, enthusiastic and highly collaborative team for September 2025.

The Role

The successful candidates will be expected to:

Engage and challenge all pupils, by providing them with relevant, resourceful and enriching learning opportunities across curriculum.

Be a highly reflective practitioner, with a commitment to their own continued professional development.

Work flexibly as part of a team; challenge, encourage and motivate others and collaborate to help the school make progress towards its goals.

Engage with the school community, building strong working relationships with parents and working effectively with local governors and other professionals.

We expect all members of our team to be caring, patient and supportive. A highly pastoral, yet consistent, approach is essential, as is the need to work collaboratively within a team. ECT applications welcomed.
