We are looking for an exceptional class teacher and aspiring senior leader to join our team and play a leading role in the next stage of our school's journey. The post will be teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, leading the phase team and have whole school responsibility for data and standards. As a Senior Leader you will work closely with the other phase leaders, curriculum lead and Headteacher to provide the very best education for our children. You will also work with our cross-Trust teams on planning and sharing opportunities and expertise across our three schools.
We are looking for someone who can:

- Work collaboratively with others, supporting, challenging and learning from each other
- Has a passion for their own professional development
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all learners

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child
