Hours: 16.5 hours per week, 3 days per week.

Grade: M3 to M6

FTE Salary: £37,101 to £45,352

Actual Salary: £22,260.60 to £27,211.20

Starting April 2026, fixed term until 31 August 2026.

We are excited to have an opportunity to appoint a new 3-day Teacher, on a fixed term contract to support, inspire and lead the brilliant children in our Year Three and Four class. With a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed attitude, the successful candidate will join our dedicated team, and drive high quality education for these children, facilitating their progress, both academically and personally. The role of a teacher in the lives of both the children and wider community is a vital and special responsibility. We are therefore looking to appoint a candidate who shares in Weldon’s passion and values, supplemented by thorough knowledge and effective experience, to deliver the very best education for all.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Understands the importance of strong pedagogy, is able to deliver high quality first teaching and is willing to develop this alongside a school-based QFT coach
  • Is reflective and continually seeks to improve their practice.
  • Is a team player and who can build positive professional relationships to ensure all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn
  • Is an enthusiastic individual who smiles easily, is approachable, and friendly and who can make learning engaging and memorable
  • Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
  • Respects and promotes the Christian ethos and vision of our school
