What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Shares our values of Aspire, Believe and Succeed
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Level 6 qualification or equivalent
  • Has experience working with children in an educational setting, including within a primary school environment
  • Has experience supporting pupils with SEND in a mainstream classroom
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching and learning practices
  • Uses assessment and pupil progress data effectively to secure excellent outcomes
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and the wider community
  • Is passionate about professional development and improving outcomes for all learners
