What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have qualified teacher status and successful completion of induction year.
- Have good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practice.
- Have the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupils
- Have a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standards
- Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
- Align with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
