What skills and experience we're looking for

We are very proud of our school; especially our wonderful children and dedicated staff. We now have an opportunity for an exceptional teacher to join our inclusive and diverse community school situated in the heart of Bedminster in South Bristol.

We are looking for a person who puts children and their learning at the centre of their work. We believe that building respectful relationships with children and their families is very important and that children learn best when they are happy, calm and safe.

We are a one form entry, single site school with a nursery provision and Resource Base for children with ASD. You will be initially be the Year 4 teacher.

At Compass Point we are fortunate enough to have extensive playground areas complete with a well-used forest school area, a large school field and dedicated cookery, art and music rooms. We are committed to providing a diverse and interesting curriculum that reflects our school community.
