We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time teacher to join our supportive and dynamic teaching team at Horley Infant School. This is a part-time position working 3 days a week (Wednesday-Friday) in a Year 1 class. You will work alongside another teacher to deliver high quality education, sharing responsibilities for lesson planning, classroom management, and pupil support.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire young learners
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons
  • Work collaboratively with our friendly colleagues and support staff
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and development of our students

Qualifications & Qualities:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in EYFS / Key Stage 1
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisation
