  • The opportunity to develop and lead a subject area
  • A framework and climate in which you can innovate and test new approaches
  • Coaching from experienced staff
  • A long-term commitment to your professional development;
  • A supportive community where individuals are encouraged to lead, inspire and innovate;
  • Excellent training and support through DOWAT, Herts for Learning and the Diocese of Westminster;
  • A welcoming school with children who have positive attitudes to their learning and care for each other;
  • Pupils who are recognized for their outstanding behaviour and personal development;
  • A friendly, caring and dedicated staff, committed to school improvement;
  • A financially secure, well maintained and adequately resourced school;
