The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic Classroom Teacher with a TLR2a. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is an outstanding practitioner, to become part of our team from September 2021. The post holders will initially be deployed at either Reigate Park Primary Academy or Village Primary Academy.  
 
The Harmony Trust was established in February 2014 and currently has 15 schools under the Trust umbrella. The successful candidate will:  
 
  • have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour  
  • be an excellent Teacher with potential to develop further in the Trust  
  • lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues  
  • have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners  
  • support the Principal and Head of Academy in implementing the school vision  
  • Lead and develop staff within their area of responsibility, communicating effectively and               ensuring successful team work 
  • Develop and enhance the quality of teaching and learning and curriculum offer across a                specified area of responsibility
