Cleaner job summary

We are looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly, committed and hardworking team, to keep our school clean, safe, and secure at all times.

In this role you will be responsible for: security of the premises, (including daily locking up), a full daily cleaning routine.

You will need:

cleaning skills

to use your own initiative

to be a team player

willingness to be flexible

a great sense of humour

Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people

Experience of working in a similar role would be great but is not essential, as full training will be given.

Working hours will be around 20hrs a week, after school Monday to Friday during term time. Plus 4 weeks spread across the school holidays.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
