The Trustees of Inclusive Schools Trust wish to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking Partnership Site Manager to work across both Drayton Community Infant School and Nightingale Infant and Nursery School. The working pattern for the advertised 35 hours is Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day on a split shift which starts at 7am. Hours are flexible and will be agreed in partnership with the school.
The successful candidate will have:
- Responsibility for the overall security of both school premises
- Experience managing a team of cleaning staff
- Knowledge of carrying out various health and safety checks
- The skills to carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs, and ensure the site is clean, safe and well presented
- An understanding of GDPR, safeguarding and confidentiality
- An ability to work as part of a team
