What skills and experience we're looking for

Can you help maintain a safe, clean and hygienic environment for our learners? Walkergate Community School are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join their team. Key duties will include; cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of bins, polishing and dusting.

This post is part time working 3:30pm - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday. The post is fixed term until 31st December 2026.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Self-motivated to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver to required standards with knowledge of cleaning methods.
