CLEANER VACANCY

Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a part-time cleaner to join the team at Gillingham Primary School on a permanent basis.

  • Hours: 12.5 per week, Monday to Friday, from 3:20pm until 5:50pm
  • 39 weeks per year (including INSET days), plus an additional 49 hours, across 7 days, of school holiday working.
  • Salary: Dorset Grade 1, Scale Point 2 (£11.59 per hour)
  • Start date: 29th April 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter
  • Advert closing date: Midnight on Thursday 4th April 2024
  • Interview date: Thursday 11th April 2024

As a cleaner, you will be part of a small team who undertake general cleaning duties to provide a clean, hygienic and safe environment for teaching and other school activities. You will be led by a Cleaner in Charge and work alongside our Site Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure the entire premises are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.
