Do you want to join the friendly Premises team in a thriving primary school?
We are
 looking for a Cleaner to work as part of a team committed to keeping the school
 environment clean and hygienic for staff and children. Previous cleaning
 experience in a school or commercial environment would be advantageous.
 
 
Duties will include:
- Clean the school to a high standard
- Understand work instructions and maintain working relationships with colleagues
- Undertake cleaning duties and operate machinery safely and in accordance with health and safety requirements
- To ensure correct reporting and monitoring of any safeguarding issues arising across the school
- To
 maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality and data security in respect of
 personal/pupil/colleague information
 
 
Start Date: October 2023 – pending receipt of satisfactory pre-employment checks
 
 
Contract type: 12.5 hours per week, 2.5 hours per day Monday – Friday term time plus inset days and 4 weeks deep cleaning during the holiday periods. Hours to be worked between 3.15pm – 5:45pm

Salary: Grade 2, Scale point 2 £10.60 per hour
 – actual annual salary - £6,519 per annum
