We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious cleaner to join our team at St William’s Primary School. Hours of work, 1.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, anytime between 3.30pm and 6.30pm to suit.
Duties will be:
- To clean designated areas of the school to a high standard laid down by the school (e.g. vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, wipe tables and doors, dust, clean lavatories, etc.)
- To replenish washroom/sanitary materials (toilet paper, paper towels and soap)
- To keep cleaning equipment in a clean and working order
- Occasionally there may be a need to change the designated area to cover for sickness or absenteeism.
- To be fully aware and comply with instructions and procedures relating to Health and Safety at Work, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
