Cleaner job summary

Wellfield Academy is looking to appoint a dedicated Cleaner to join our site team. This is a valued role within the school community, essential to ensuring our learning environment remains clean, safe, and well-presented at all times. If you take pride in your work and understand the importance of a well-maintained environment in supporting students' success, we would be pleased to hear from you.

You will be required to:

  • Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and schedules.
  • Ensure classrooms, offices, corridors, and other areas are clean and hygienic.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or health and safety issues promptly.
  • Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and appropriately.

This role is part time working 15 hours, permanent and term time only plus 3 weeks. Working hours are 5:15am to 8:15am Monday to Friday.
