Cleaner job summary

We are looking for a Cleaner who enjoys working as part of a team and would be keen to make a difference to our school environment.

This role is for 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, and we would be flexible as to how these are worked for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning classrooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Sanitizing bathrooms and replenishing supplies
  • Emptying rubbish bins and disposing of waste
  • Dusting and wiping down surfaces
  • Mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Cleaning windows and mirrors
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, confident and capable with a positive approach to their work. Cleaning experience is preferable but not required as full training will be given.
