Clerical Assistant - Maternity Cover job summary

Clerical Assistant - level 2

Part-time 21 hrs per week (3 days) - 8:30am to 16:00pm

We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a Clerical Assistant to provide support to our admin team working on the front desk.

You will need to be able to support a busy office environment with a range of administrative tasks, including using Arbor software and financial systems.

You must be able to work confidentially and professionally at all times. The ability to use your own initiative, while working as part of our friendly team is vital. The successful candidate will be supported with appropriate training, which may include First Aid.


You must be computer literate and have fluent spoken and written English for this role and knowledge of a second language would be advantageous.
