Clerical Assistant job summary

Parkside Primary School are seeking a highly motivated Clerical Assistant to work in the school office on a part-time basis, 22.5 hours per week Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 1pm, term-time only.

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and hard-working individual who can support our existing staff in a busy school office. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and offer excellent customer service. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties to include undertaking reception duties, answering telephone calls and face to face enquiries, undertaking routine administration and financial tasks, the maintaining of manual and computerised records, management information systems communication and responding to queries.
