The Board of Trustees of OAK Multi-Academy Trust are looking to appoint a highly organised and self-motivated Clerk to join our Trust, based in Oadby, Leicestershire.
Accountable to the Chair of the Board of Trustees and the Chief Executive Officer, the Clerk will require excellent organisation, communication and ICT skills, and the ability to record accurate minutes of meetings. The ideal candidate will have an interest in education, be reliable and able to observe confidentiality requirements. Previous experience of clerking within a multi-academy trust would be desirable.
Apart from the formal Board and committee meetings which are usually held in the evenings, the remainder of the role is relatively flexible with some home working, depending on the requirements of the Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.
