Clerk to the School Board of Governors job summary

Our experienced Headteacher and supportive governors (referred to collectively as the School Board) are seeking a Clerk to provide administrative support to the school board and its committees. Other responsibilities include to advise the governing board on governance, procedural, and constitutional matters, in accordance with relevant legislation, and statutory guidance such as the ‘Governance handbook’. This role involves working an average of 1.5 hours a week across the year.
