What skills and experience we're looking for
- experience of strategic and organisational leadership within FE
- success in leading a team of teaching staff and therapists
- the ability to inspire staff to continue to strive to provide the best opportunities for our students
- an understanding of the Ofsted Inspection Framework for FE and Skills
You will be expected to:
- ensure the highest standards of Safeguarding and promote the health, safety and wellbeing of our students in all that you do
- work with the headteacher to deliver strategic college development
- lead all aspects of our day to day college operations
- work alongside both school and college staff to fulfil the requirements of working at Brentwood
- liaise and report to college governors
- ensure rigorous quality assurance, self-assessment and quality improvement are implemented
