- Be confident maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and monitoring statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Have knowledge of data protection and information governance (GDPR) and an understanding of health and safety monitoring processes.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems for tracking and reporting.
- Communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships across different teams and settings.
- Be aligned with our Trust values of ambition, collaboration, compassion, excellence and inclusivity.
- Relevant training in Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH), GDPR, or governance is desirable, but not essential.
