The successful candidate should:

  • Have experience in compliance, governance, or administrative roles, ideally within an education or public-sector environment.
  • Be confident maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and monitoring statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Have knowledge of data protection and information governance (GDPR) and an understanding of health and safety monitoring processes.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships across different teams and settings.
  • Be aligned with our Trust values of ambition, collaboration, compassion, excellence and inclusivity.
  • Relevant training in Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH), GDPR, or governance is desirable, but not essential.
