• Strategic leadership and accountability in the successful development of Teaching School core activities within the alliances: o Initial Teacher Training o NQT accreditation o Continuous Professional Development o School to School support o Succession Planning and Talent Management o Accreditation of LLEs and SLEs o Research and Development • Lead and manage the work of the Teaching School staff. • Develop and be accountable for financial operation and business development of the Teaching School ensure that the TSA becomes self-financing. •Delivering the work of the Teaching School Alliance as part of the Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Together (LTT) partnership • Remain well informed regarding national developments in Teaching Schools and Self-improving School Systems to shape the role of the TSA within Lincolnshire • Ensure quality assurance on all aspects of operation
