We are seeking a motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our large, vibrant and welcoming secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, thrives in a busy environment and wants to make a genuine difference to students’ educational experience.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared work, encourage positive engagement, promote excellent behaviour and create a calm, purposeful learning environment where students can succeed.

Working across a range of subjects and year groups, you will enjoy a varied and engaging role that offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with students and colleagues while developing valuable skills in education.

  • Is organised, adaptable and able to think on their feet.

Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting would be an advantage, but above all, we are looking for the right person with the enthusiasm, confidence and commitment to make a difference.
