At Wardle Academy, we combine a drive for high academic standards with a deep commitment to character education. We don't just prepare students for exams—we prepare them for life. Following our 'Good' Ofsted rating, we are determined to keep pushing forward, and we view the Professional Learning (PL) of our staff as a vital part of that journey.

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from you if you are:

  • A passionate advocate and role model for the ‘Wardle Way’.

  • Someone who thrives on responsibility, hard work, and continuous self-improvement.

  • Highly proactive and able to use your own initiative in a dynamic school environment.
