What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to: -

  • Supervise cover lessons when Teachers are absent
  • Assist with administration, on-call, supervision and inclusion room, exam invigilation and display and classroom tasks when not covering lessons
  • Manage the students’ behaviour in line with School policies, thus ensuring learning continues to take place

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A professional approach in all areas of work
  • Ability to take initiative, lead, motivate, inspire and support students to achieve excellence
