We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our diverse and friendly school. We currently have a team of Cover Supervisors and pride ourselves on the fact that many previous post-holders have used it as a stepping stone to a career in education. This post is truly important to us: we recognise that the skills you need daily as a cover supervisor match that of a teacher, which is why it is remunerated on the Unqualified Teacher Pay Scale and subject to performance management.
