What skills and experience we're looking for
Dyke House Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Cover Supervisor who shares our vision and who truly wants to enhance the life chances of the children and young people under our care. The successful candidate will supervise students on work left in accordance with Academy policy. Develop and promote positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom. Supporting students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs and encouraging students to interact and work co-operatively with others.
