What skills and experience we're looking for

Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' learning during short-term teacher absences. Your main responsibilities will include supervising whole classes and assisting students with pre-planned learning activities. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our Forest School program, fostering a love for nature and outdoor learning among our students. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and dynamic school community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to develop successful relationships with students
  • Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for outdoor education and experience in leading Forest School activities (desirable but not essential)
