What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and organised team player to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate must be able to relate to and engage constructively with young people and apply a range of strategies to promote learning and maintain a positive classroom environment. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, the successful candidate will be expected to support the continuity of the school curriculum when covering teacher absence, leading student learning in whole class groups, small interventions and on a one-to-one basis. The role requires strong literacy, numeracy and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both children and adults alike.
