What skills and experience we're looking for
We are an oversubscribed and highly successful 11-19 academy in East Oxford. We are looking for a Cover Supervisor with drive, energy, and enthusiasm to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and should have experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people.
Support staff at Oxford Spires Academy are full members of the school team and give highly effective support. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the teaching and support teams and will make a contribution to the wider ethos, values and culture of the school.
Working Pattern:
32.5 Hours per week, term time only.
Monday to Friday 8.20am-3.20pm
