Pay scale: H5.1 pro rata (actual salary £18,432)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek an enthusiastic and flexible person to join our cover team to supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Applicants need to be confident, able to build supportive relationships with students aged between 11-18 and demonstrate effective practice and approaches to learning. Some experience of working with adolescents is desirable. Working hours will be 8:00am – 3:30pm. Normal duties will involve explaining work, supervision and registration cover; planning and marking is not required. A good standard of ICT, oral and written communication skills is essential.
