Cover Supervisor job summary

The Role:

We are looking to appoint, an enthusiastic, creative and innovative Cover Supervisor to oversee classes as they undertake work set in the short-term absence of the class teacher. We are looking for candidates with ambition and the ability to engage young people in learning. We provide a unique environment in which both staff and pupils thrive. Whatever your teaching experience to date we would welcome your application.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside teaching staff, establish your supervisory skills and to develop in the management of school classes. Experience of working with or relating to young people, and to have a commitment to their welfare, education and development is also highly desirable. 

This role may require some travel between sites so the appointed person will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
