Curriculum Area Lead- Modern Foreign Languages - Spanish job summary
You will:

Lead and teach Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish) across Key Stages 3 and 4

Deliver engaging, high-quality Spanish lessons that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding

Drive curriculum development, ensuring a coherent and ambitious Spanish programme

Lead enrichment opportunities to enhance students’ linguistic and cultural experiences

Support staff and students in developing confidence, fluency, and effective communication skills
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds QTS and has experience teaching Spanish in a secondary setting

Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning

Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to develop an effective curriculum

Can motivate and challenge students of all abilities

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
