Curriculum Innovator for Mathematics / Pegasus Academy job summary

Join Pegasus academy and help drive excellence in Mathematics. We are seeking a passionate Curriculum Innovator who will uphold high academic expectations and champion outstanding teaching and learner achievement. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic development of Mathematics through delivering impactful professional development and sharing best practice. As a consistently excellent classroom teacher, you will model high‑quality planning and delivery, inspiring both students and colleagues. The successful candidate will mentor and coach Mathematics staff, ensuring strong, consistent practice across the department and contributing to our culture of continuous improvement and success.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
