Bedminster Down School is seeking a dynamic and aspirational Curriculum Team Leader for Science to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will provide strategic direction for the science curriculum, ensuring the delivery of a broad, balanced, relevant and ambitious programme of study for all learners. You will be accountable for student achievement across science at all key stages, monitor and promote high standards of teaching and learning, and support the continual development of teaching practice within the department. The successful candidate will also serve as Trust Lead for Science, dedicating one day per fortnight to working collaboratively across the Trust to drive excellence in science education.
