Data and Exams Officer job summary

As a Data & Exams Officer at King’s Leadership Academy Hawthornes, you will play a crucial role in managing student data, internal assessments, and examinations. Your work will directly support school leadership, teachers, and students by ensuring accurate and timely information is available to drive student progress while maintaining compliance with exam regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the school’s data systems (Bromcom), staff access, and student records.
  • Coordinate all aspects of internal and external exams, ensuring JCQ compliance and access arrangements.
  • Produce accurate reports on student performance, attendance, and behaviour to support school improvement.
  • Oversee assessment data, timetables, and student option choices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely DfE census submissions and statutory data returns.
