What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an organised and detailed-focused Data, Assessment and Examinations Officer to join our Data Team. This key role supports the smooth running of assessments, reporting, and examinations, and ensures accurate use of our Management Information Systems (MIS).

You will lead on managing pupil data and reports and the production of timely analysis to support school improvement, and you will support with the administration of internal and external exams. You will also oversee statutory returns, ensure GDPR compliance, and work closely with staff, students, and families.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong data and ICT skills (SIMS, Excel, Power BI etc)
  • Understands exams protocols (Training can be provided)
  • Awareness of data protection
  • Is methodical, accurate, and able to manage deadlines
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills
