About this Role
Crofton Academy is seeking to appoint a motivated and data individual to join our team on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical individual with strong information management skills to play a vital role in supporting our Academy.
The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher - Outcomes, you will be responsible for the effective organisation, analysis and presentation of data to a wide range of audiences, including but not limited to Teachers, Governors and the Senior Leadership Team. This will include being the point of contact for the academy’s management information system (MIS).

The successful candidate will:
Ensure that data is collected, input, analysed and interpreted accurately for presentation to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to create an effective and robust Academy timetable.
Be able to advise and guide staff in the use of the Academy’s data systems.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Have a methodical and consistent approach to the organisation of the workload.
You will be/have:
A good communicator with excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
Flexible and hardworking.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
