Data & Examinations Administrator job summary

We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate and pro-active individual to support the administration of our busy data and examinations department. As Data & Examinations Administrator you will be responsible for the collation and management of data relating to pupil progress and achievement that will inform target setting and intervention within the school. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting examination administration, working closely with the data manager and examinations officer throughout the academic year.
The role requires candidates to be confident in the use of standard data software packages such as Excel. They will be expected to learn and use specific educational data applications and tools, helping to support the analysis of pupil progress throughout the school.
A proven track record in data administration and strong attention to detail along with the ability to cope with conflicting demands will be fundamental to your success within this role. Ideally, you will have experience and knowledge of educational data management but this is not essential for applicants.
You will work for 36 hours each week during term time and be expected to have a flexible approach to the work and the hours required with an extra 2 weeks each year to be worked during August to process the examination results.
